Good to know

Brewers Bay is a secluded north-shore anchorage with an incredible beach and clear water when conditions are right. There are no mooring balls, but local captains anchor here regularly. Two things to know before you plan a night: the bay faces north, so a north swell rules it out, and there is a submerged power cable running through it that many charter companies list as a no-go zone. Check your charter agreement before you commit.

Good to know

  • Submerged power cable in the bay, and a no-go zone for many charter companies. Check your agreement first.
  • North-facing. Avoid in a north swell.
  • No moorings. Anchoring only, and pick your spot with the cable in mind.
  • Weak cell signal and no WiFi — plan on being out of touch.
