Good to know

Nanny Cay is one of Tortola’s main marinas and home base for several charter companies. It is where a lot of charters start and finish, and few boats come in mid-trip. There is a RiteWay for provisioning, several restaurants, and a full marina operation behind excellent protection. There are no transient moorings and slip space can be limited, so it is not a drop-in stop. The beach bar and restaurant are a good place for dinner in the breeze, though the water here is not for swimming.

Good to know

  • No transient moorings, and slip space is limited. Arrange dockage in advance.
  • Full marina services and a RiteWay on site โ€” the practical start or finish to a charter.
  • Excellent protection, but this is a working marina rather than a place to swim.
  • The beach bar and restaurant are worth a dinner on your first or last night.
