Good to know

Pomato Point is on Anegada’s west side, with good holding if you want to anchor but no moorings. Crewed boats anchor here, though it is not recommended unless you know these waters — the reef and shoaling around Anegada do not forgive much. Sid’s Pomato Point Restaurant is the draw and a longtime favorite. There is no dinghy dock, so you will beach the dinghy or swim in.

Good to know

  • No moorings. Holding is good, but only anchor here if you know Anegada’s water well.
  • No dinghy dock. Plan on a beach landing or a swim in.
  • Sid’s Pomato Point Restaurant is the reason to come. Call ahead.
  • Easy to reach by land from Setting Point if you would rather not move the boat.
