Soldier Bay is about as quiet as Norman Island gets — four first-come moorings and nothing else. The water is excellent for snorkeling and swimming, and because there are so few balls they are rarely all taken. In settled conditions it is a good bay to dive or snorkel and then stay the night on the mooring. No services, no bars, no company.
