Good to know

Diamond Cay sits at the eastern end of Jost Van Dyke, with Foxy’s Taboo and B-Line Beach Bar on the water. B-Line has moorings right out front and is known for its BBQ โ€” if you are after the beach bar the BVI had thirty years ago, this is it. Pull the dinghy up on the sand or tie to the dock and walk in. Taboo has live music and the better views. The Bubbly Pool is the other draw: a short hike from Taboo out to a pocket in the rocks where the waves break through and fill it up.

Good to know

  • The Bubbly Pool is a short hike from Foxy’s Taboo. Wear shoes โ€” the trail is rock and scrub, not a path.
  • A strong north swell makes the Bubbly Pool dangerous. Skip it when the swell is up.
  • B-Line has moorings directly out front and is the spot for BBQ.
  • Dinghy up on the beach or tie to the dock; both work here.
