Key Bay is the quiet end of Peter Island — no restaurants, no bars, just good water for snorkeling and floating and beaches worth walking. It is also where the original Willy T was sunk and turned into a dive site by Beyond the Reef, the non-profit behind several of the BVI’s artificial reefs. The wreck sits in about 45 feet of water with two first-come dive moorings over it, neither of them in the BoatyBall program. Nine of the moorings in the bay are reservable through Dockwa, with two first-come day moorings alongside them.
